Eastern Blue Devilfish or Bleekers Blue Devil
Scientific Name: Paraplesiops bleekeri
Eastern Blue Devilfish are not common in NSW, and it was once thought they were not this far north. In fact there is a lot of publications that show the Eastern Blue Devilfish, do not move up to Coffs Harbour and our Solitary Islands! But we know different!

You want to find one?
You need to be good, these eastern Blue Devilfish are very timid and are found in dark overhang type nooks. So take your torch! and be prepared to have a look in all the little spots that don't have anything!
