Ships, Planes, whatever the wreck, they call to be explored, learn the skills you need to take up that challenge.

Here at Coffs Harbour, we don't have any wrecks of any value, within recreational limits. So we are only able to complete the Wreck Diving course on trips away.

Typical Trips Away and Travel suitable for the Wreck Diver course are:
  • Big Cat trip to Morton Bay
  • Overseas trip to Vanuatu and the SS President Coolidge
  • Overseas trip to Truk Lagoon
  • Trips to ex-HMAS Brisbane


    • Whether sunk intentionally or tragically, whether a sunken ship, a plane or an automobile, the call of wrecks is nearly irresistible to divers. History can be amazing when you see it for yourself through a wreck!
    Through the PADI Wreck Diver Specialty course, you get the skills, knowledge and procedures you need to answer the call of wreck diving.

  • Line and Reels use
  • Planning and Safety, hazard identification.
  • Penetration Diving using lines and reels.

    COUNTS TOWARDS YOUR PADI MASTER SCUBA DIVER RATING.

    Course Pricing

    PADI Wreck Diver Course - $ 130.00 Text book, instruction and certification.
    Cost of dives (Four Wreck Dives needed) are included in the cost of the Wreck trip, not this cost.
    Dive Equipment Hire NOT included - $40 extra – if required.
    Prerequisites
    A minimum certification of Advanced Open Water Diver or Equivalent is required to commence this course.
