15 June 2013 - Grind of Grey Nurse at South Solitary Island!

Fantastic conditions for diving at South Solitary Island today! The highlight would definitely have been the 25 plus Grey Nurse Sharks our divers swam with at Manta Arch. We also spotted some Black Cod, Spotted Sweetlip, Schooling Kingfish and a handful of Mangrove Jack! Vis a lovely 20m, temp 22c.

10 June 2013 - No wind, no swell, good vis, GOOD DIVING!!

A calm morning made for top diving conditions with flat seas and very little swell. First dive of the day was at Manta Arch and around 8-10 Grey Nurse Sharks were spotted, after a very warming surface interval on "WildFin" the second dive was along Boulder Wall where the visibility was down slightly but the amount of sea life was CRAZY!! Eastern Blue Gropers, Black Cod, Sweetlip, Tarwhine and some HUGE Kingfish patrolling the wall Vis 12-15m Temp 19C

9 June 2013 - The Nurse's are BACK!!

It was amazing to be out in the water again, the abundance of marine life was insane and there was at least 15 Grey Nurse Sharks at Manta Arch, and a couple even spotted around at Shark Gutters which made a great experience for our new divers. Loads of Kingfish, Black Cods and a huge Loggerhead turtle at the end of the second dive. Congratulations to Clara for finishing her Open Water Diver today, a really top effort on your behalf, Welldone. Vis 12-15 Temp 19C

P.S WINTER is coming!!! Temp 20 Vis 8m
