Woody Marine's new Managing Director Stephen Plummer is responsible for the design behind Woody's Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat, "Wild Fin".
Woody Marine has been building Naiad design RIB's since 1985 With Steve as the Naval Architect behind the scenes, Woody marine has modified the Naiad design to develop a superior "Woody" design boat.
Jetty Dive selected the Woody marine design from the more traditional boat when first seen at Scubaworld in Mooloolaba in Queensland! Negotiations with Woody marine were made and the unique design by Steve was used.

After a short turmoil of ownership change, Woody marine is now back on their feet with original owner's David and Deidre Green supporting the takeover of the business by long time Naval Architect employee, Stephen Plummer.
Woody Marine has a unique design in the Pleasure, Search and Rescue, Commercial and Tourism/Dive boats, with over 200 boats built by this same builder and designer, the new company is excited about their prospects. "We know what people need, and how to build them"

With a major disruption from a short term previous owner (of only 5 months!), Steve, with the support of David and Deidre Green have taken back over the Woody business, and completed "Wild Fin" to perfect results.
